Are you an Apple store?

Yes and no. We sell and service all Apple products (except for the iPhone), under an official, authorized license from Apple. We also have personalized training sessions. That said, we aren’t an official, Apple-owned “Apple Store.” MacSolutions Plus is a locally owned business that goes the extra mile every day to take care of our customers.

How are you different from an Apple Store?

  • You don’t need an appointment – just come on in, and we’ll take care of you, without having to wait in line 
  • MacSolutions Plus is a locally owned business that is 100% committed to Western New York

Where are your stores and when are they open?

We have two stores.

Eastern Hills Mall in Williamsville, near JC Penney (enter between Orvis and Dave & Buster's) 
Monday – Saturday, 10 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Sundays from noon until 5 p.m.

Is MacSolutions Plus authorized to sell, repair and service Apple products?

Yes. MacSolutions Plus is an Apple Authorized Sales and Service Center, and the leading Apple Specialist in Western New York.

Does MacSolutions Plus have the One to One training? 

One to One is a specific program offered by the Apple Store. At MacSolutions Plus, we offer Only You personalized training sessions, where you get the full attention of a MacSolutions Plus specialist during each session. You can learn at your pace, and ask any questions you want about your Mac, iPad, iPhone, printer or anything else. Learn more about Only You

What is an Apple Specialist?

MacSolutions Plus is an Apple Specialist – a term Apple uses to describe “experienced dealer and service professionals” who combine “strong technical expertise with 
a singular commitment to customers,” and offer “top-notch service backed by local support personnel.”

Can I get a student or educational discount?

Due to our licensing agreement with Apple, we cannot sell Apple hardware or Apple software directly to the educational market. However, we can certainly help you with any home needs, or service any existing equipment that you use in your school. 

 

SERVICE AND REPAIR

What items do you repair?

MacSolutions Plus offers in-store and onsite repair for:

  • Apple desktop and laptop computers (in warranty, out of warranty or under AppleCare) 
  • iPods and iPhones (out of warranty repairs, plus screen repairs) 
  • iPads (in warranty repairs, plus screen repairs) 
  • Any inkjet or laser printer out of warranty

Do I need an appointment for in-store service?

No. Just stop in either store at any time and we’ll be happy to help you.

Do you offer onsite service?

Of course! Simply call 716-835-3085 or email us to schedule an appointment.

What if I need help carrying my Mac into or out of the store?

We’ll be happy to help you. If you’re coming to our West Seneca store, just walk inside and let us know you need help. If you’re coming to our Eastern Hills store, you can walk in and let us know, or call us at 716-835-3085.

I don’t live in Western New York. Can you still repair my Mac, iPhone or iPod?

Yes – we service computers from all over the country, and we make it easy for you. Just ship us your item, then we'll fix it and send it right back. UPS offers affordable shipping options that can save you time and money - rather than driving back and forth to one of our stores. Long distance repairs are still done in approximately 24 hours and immediately shipped back by insured UPS. Please contact us for more information. 

Can I just buy the parts from you?

Sorry, but we don’t sell parts. Unfortunately, many people try to get the parts and fix their Mac, iPhone or iPod themselves – and end up doing more harm than good. Then, they end up spending even more time and money than if they had just let our Apple-Certified technicians fix it in the first place. For any service questions – or to schedule an on-site service appointment – please contact us.  

Do you repair PC’s?

No - just Macs.  

 

PRODUCTS

Can I buy a Mac, iPod or iPad on this website?

We do not currently offer online sales. Please visit one of our stores to make a purchase.

Does MacSolutions Plus sell used Macs? 

We do – but we don’t usually have many (if any) in stock. Apple users tend to hold on to their Macs for a long time.

Do you accept trade-ins?

If you have a Mac that’s not too old – and it’s in good condition – we’ll be happy to offer you credit toward a new Mac.

Do you sell more than just Apple products?

Yes! We offer cases and other accessories from many leading manufacturers. We also sell (and service) Xerox printers.
