Guidelines

1. Be patient. Everything takes time.
2. CTO orders can not be canceled. Orders other than CTO that have the ability to be canceled are subject to a $20.00 service charge. Machines are not returnable unless defective.
3. Tax is charged or not charged in accordance with the laws of each state. If you're charged tax, it's because your state requires us to charge tax, not because of our policies.
4. The margin on Apple products varies but we're offering everything on this at 3% over cost to our fellow ACN members. In other words, please don't expect something like a 30GB iPod for $200.00. It just doesn't work that way.
5. We cannot speed up the pace at which Apple produces or supplies us with its products. Just because a rumor site reports that machines are shipping doesn't mean Apple is capable of filling all its backorders in a single day. Taking up our time by calling on a daily basis will not speed up the process and only serves to detract from our efforts to fill orders as quickly as possible.
6. This offer is for ACN members only. Please do not ask to have this offer extended to family, friends or the like. We would be happy to offer a seperate deal for people close to you but not $20.00 over cost.
