If you’ve been to our Eastern Hills Mall store, you’ve probably seen Dustin helping people pick out a new Mac. He’s a long-time Apple fan, who typically owns at least three Macs at any one time, and enjoys helping people get more out of their favorite machine. By passing numerous exams to become an Apple Certified Macintosh Technician, Dustin is now certified to perform basic troubleshooting of both desktop and portable Macs, identify and resolve common Mac OS X issues, and repair Apple hardware.
