We know that more and more kids are using an iPad, iPod touch, laptop or other device to go online.

But are your kids being safe?

Social media sites like Facebook should be treated just like a playground or classroom. Teach your kids to be fair and respectful in their interactions with friends and classmates. Even kids who are quiet and shy can turn into bullies online. And the effects of cyber bullying are very serious.

Remember to let your child know that they can come to you if they feel they’re being mistreated.

At MacSolutions Plus, we support anti-bullying efforts with Internet Safety for Parents seminars. If you have any questions about your privacy settings on your Mac, iPad or iPod touch, just let us know.
