How long will it take?
After you bring in your iPhone for service, you’ll receive a replacement or your repaired iPhone in three to five business days. A replacement iPhone will be new or equivalent to new in both performance and reliability.
What does it cost?
Repair pricing depends on the diagnosis and your coverage under warranty or AppleCare+. If your issue is covered under warranty or AppleCare+ and was not caused by accidental damage, there’s no charge.
If your iPhone has damage, AppleCare+ covers two incidents, each with a service fee. Not sure if you’re covered? Check if you have AppleCare+ by entering your iPhone serial number.
Other parts such as speakers, dock connectors, cameras can be replaced while you wait. Prices vary based on part needing repair.
