CLARENCE, N.Y. – MacSolutions Plus – the area’s leading independent Apple Premier Partner store – has added a collection of helpful how-to guides on their YouTube channel to help customers get the most out of their Mac, iPad and iPhone.
“I have started creating and posting helpful videos on our YouTube page to teach customers how to use features on their devices that they may not even know exist,” said Garret Cleversley, owner and president of MacSolutions Plus. “We’re always here for our customers and want to make sure they’re using their devices to their full capacity, so these videos are a fun way for us to teach them some new tricks.”
MacSolutions Plus has posted about 15 helpful how-to videos so far and plans to post more in the future. All videos feature the President/CEO of MacSolutions Plus, Garret Cleversley, who is an Apple-certified technician. Recent how-to video topics include how to use the iOS “Do Not Disturb” feature, how to change a Mac desktop picture and how to take screenshots on a Mac. Other videos inform customers about software options such as Backblaze online backup and MacSolutions Proactive Client monitoring software. If customers need additional help, they can attend free in-store seminars or register for one-on-one “Only You” training sessions with a MacSolutions Plus specialist.
Since 1990, MacSolutions Plus has offered Apple sales, service and set-up to business, education and residential customers in the greater Buffalo area and beyond.
