The new MacBook Air comes with power and resiliency. It’s amazingly lightweight with a battery that lasts the full workday – and more.
If you’re Air-born, there are some factors to consider when deciding which model to choose – 11″ or 13″. A lot of the specs are exactly the same. The obvious differences are the size of the screen and the price, but there is a little bit more to consider.
13″ model
- Larger screen
- Slightly longer battery life
- If you’re constantly using SD cards to share photos and offload files, the 13” MacBook Air comes with an SD card slot (the 11” model does not)
11″ model
- Weighs less
- Smaller track pad
- Less expensive
If you’re a casual web browser, using your Mac to listen to music or do homework, the 11” MacBook Air is perfect for you – if you’re OK with the size of the screen. If you’re a serious gamer or video editor with the need for a bigger screen and faster processing, the 13” MacBook Air is worth the upgrade.
