Do you use genuine Apple parts?

Yes! As an Apple Authorized Service Provider, we use genuine Apple parts for all iOS device repairs and Apple-certified parts for Mac repairs. This ensures your warranty stays intact and your device performs like new.

Do you offer same-day repairs?

Yes! Many repairs can be completed same-day, especially iPhone screen replacements and battery swaps with an appointment. Call ahead at (716) 823-3085 to check availability.

Do you offer free diagnostics?

Yes! We offer free diagnostics for all iOS devices (iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch). For Mac and PC diagnostics, there’s a small fee that’s waived if you proceed with the repair.

What is your warranty on repairs?

All repairs come with a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. If the same issue occurs within 90 days, we’ll fix it at no additional charge. Accidental damage and user-caused issues are not covered.

Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?

We welcome both! Walk-ins are always accepted, but scheduling an appointment ensures minimal wait time and guarantees a technician will be available immediately.
