Garret Cleversley

Everyone who loves optimizing networks, raise your hand. See that guy with his hand up? That’s Garret. He’ll give it to you straight—whether it’s a new product review or the news that you lost all your great-grandmother’s recipes when your hard drive crashed.

Even though he’s the big boss man, he’s still out there making house calls, running the store, and keeping thousands of Mac users happy. Garret’s Apple journey began in 1998 when he started CPI Digital as a member of the Apple Consultants network. In 2001, he and his wife Shawna took a leap of faith and purchased Solutions Plus.

After achieving Apple Premier Partner status in 2006, they rebranded to MacSolutions Plus to emphasize their Apple focus. Of course, Garret’s earned every Apple certification available (and a few that we think he made up).

When he’s not putting out metaphorical fires for his clients, you’ll find Garret putting out real ones as an award-winning volunteer with the Newstead Fire Company, watching the sunrise from his deer stand, or serving up some serious barbecue at Angry Moose BBQ—the restaurant he owns with Shawna.

Zach Cleversley

President

If you need someone who can troubleshoot a network, build a custom PC from scratch, and still make it home in time to tend the farm, Zach’s your guy. He’s been part of the MacSolutions Plus family since 2012, bringing a unique blend of tech expertise and down-to-earth sensibility to everything he does.

As President, Zach keeps operations running like a well-oiled machine—which is fitting, considering his passion for building enthusiast-grade PCs and maintaining his Harley-Davidson. Whether he’s optimizing systems for clients or working the land on his farm, Zach approaches every challenge with the same hands-on dedication and problem-solving mindset.

When he’s not in the office or helping customers, you’ll find Zach on his farm, tinkering with his latest PC build, or cruising the back roads on his Harley. He believes the best solutions come from understanding how things work from the ground up—and that philosophy shows in the quality service he delivers to our customers every day.

Shawna Cleversley

Vice President & Co-Founder

Behind every great business is someone who believed in it from day one. That’s Shawna. Back in 2001, she gave up her day job to take a leap of faith with Garret and help build what would become MacSolutions Plus. Talk about a power move.

As Vice President, she’s been the backbone of the company, handling everything that keeps the business running smoothly while Garret’s out fixing Macs and fighting fires (literally).

But Shawna’s talents don’t stop at the computer store. She’s also a travel agent with Sandpiper Vacations, helping people plan their dream getaways. And if that wasn’t enough, she and Garret are also the proud owners of Angry Moose BBQ—proving that whether it’s technology, travel, or tangy barbecue sauce, the Cleversleys know how to deliver quality experiences.

When she’s not juggling multiple businesses like a pro, Shawna’s probably planning the next family adventure or dreaming up new ways to serve the community. She’s proof that with the right vision and determination, you can turn a small local business into something special—and have a lot of fun along the way.
