PlusCare members get priority scheduling, discounted repair rates (15-20% off), and loaner devices when available. Repairs are billed separately but you skip the diagnostic fees and wait times.

How fast do you respond to support requests?

We aim to respond within 2 hours during business hours (Mon-Fri 10am-6pm, Sat 10am-4pm). For emergencies, Premium members get priority response within 1 hour.

Can I upgrade or downgrade plans?

Absolutely. You can change plans anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.

Do you support Windows PCs too?

Yes — PlusCare covers Mac and PC exactly the same. It’s $19.95/month per computer whether you run macOS or Windows, and additional computers are just $12.95/month each, Mac or PC. Many Western New York households mix both, and we protect them all the same.
